The room service left much to be desired, with issues in the kitchen affecting the quality of the breakfast. the staff, however, were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome despite the shortcomings in the dining area. While the elevator outage on the second day posed challenges for some members of our group, including elderly individuals with mobility issues, the afternoon manager's assistance in utilizing the service elevator helped alleviate the inconvenience. This demonstrated a level of care and empathy that was appreciated. The hotel's proximity to stores and a small mall was convenient, offering easy access to amenities and shopping opportunities. the cleanliness of the facility added to the overall positive impression, with the front desk staff standing out for their friendliness and helpfulness. Their accommodations for children under 11 to eat free from the main menu was a welcomed touch, catering to families traveling with young ones. Overall, the Holiday Inn Roswell, while not without its flaws, offers a comfortable stay with friendly service and convenient access to local attractions. the Oasis Bar & Grill, indoor pool, fitness center, and business facilities further enhance the hotel's appeal, making it a suitable choice for travelers looking to explore Roswell's UFO and alien-themed attractions.
